CLIENT NOTICE

Please Read as this is your agreement and acceptance to all terms and policies.

My beauty room is located im Solace Studio Morpeth , Address - 17a Coopies Haugh, Coopies Lane, Morpeth, NE61 6JN When you arrive for your appointment, turn in at the 'Morpeth Business Hub' sign on your left, the proceed to come down the side of the building and through the leafed gates, which has the 'Solace Studio' sign on it. It has its own private car park so there will be no problems getting parked :) xxx

PATCH TESTS

Patch tests are required if its your first time having a Lash Lift, Brow Lamination, or any tinting services.

Please book a free consultation/patch test at least 24 hours before attending for any of these treatments.

This is down to you to arrange and book your patch test, failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled/ re arranged.

CANCELLATIONS

By booking an appointment after reading this you are agreeing to these policies. These are extremely tough times for everyone and therefore is more important than ever to respect cancellation policies.

If you cancel with over 48 hours before your appoinment time we can rearrange and your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.

If you would like to cancel or re arrange your appointment without loosing your deposit this must be done with more than 48 hours notice prior to your appointment time.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time the full treatment amount will be requested before another appointment can be booked. Thank you for understanding.

Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early to your appointment.

Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled if this happens as there wont be enough time to complete your treatment.
